When to submit

USFS only accepts protocol submissions for test credit within 14 days of the event. Your skater must be registered for test credit through MFSCH, and all required paperwork must be submitted before that deadline.

The Test Chair is a volunteer who may be traveling or have other commitments but will make every effort to process your request promptly. While not required, it is strongly encouraged to notify the Test Chair at test@memorialfsch.org in advance of the event if you plan to request test credit using an IJS protocol.
Submit your request as soon as possible after the event and allow at least 72 hours for processing. Do not wait until the last day. If the information is not processed within the 14-day window, your skater will need to participate in another event and resubmit for test credit, as USFS strictly enforces this policy.
Required Documents
For MFSCH members who would like to request test credit using their IJS Protocol, please provide the following documentation: These are the required documents that need to be submitted/uploaded with the registration

1. Overall event results
A copy of the overall event results, that lists all of the skaters, in addition to the names and signatures of the technical controller and event referee. This is to prove the skater actually skated in the event.

The screenshor of paperwork must include all the names of all skaters in the event AND the names of the Technical Controller and Event Referee. The below image is an image example (screenshot) of the Event Results information needed to process the test credit.

2. The skater's individual protocol / detailed judges' scores sheet
Include the Individual Protocol or Detailed Report. If using the competition live results link, you must locate your skater’s Judge Detail Scores by clicking the plus sign + at the end of the skater's row. All elements must be visible.
See the below screenshot as a guide to what the Individual Protocol will look like.

3. Test Credit Skater Report
The skater's individual Test Credit Skater Report, generated by the accountant. This is a paper that is generated by the accountant on-site at the host competition. You will need to pick up this paper at the competition in-person. Please scan or take a picture of this report and upload it to its corresponding option in Entryeeze. Here's an example of what this report should look like.
